No matter how much technology advances, most businesses still have have a gap between what they want to achieve and the software to meet those needs.

The software must be easy to use. How many programs have you use where you could not figure out how to achieve a task? Most people do not have the time to become a master of all the nuances of any given software program, so why not make it intuitive to begin with?
Performance matters. It does not matter how elegant the design is, if the software does not perform well, you won't like using it. What's more, if you don't think about performance from the beginning, getting the software to perform better only gets harder the further you get into development.

With experience writing software dating back to the mid-1970's, where performance was critical on computers whose memory capacity was tiny and CPUs were slow compared to today's computers, Byte Builder knows what is important in software.
